Raspberry and Blueberry Millefeuille
So my first attempt at millefeuille didn't turn out too bad. Besides parts of undercooked puff pastry, I am very pleased with the result. It is stunning in the end - all the meticulous piping and assembling paid off!

Notes: I made a praline out of the hazelnuts to sprinkle on the top. I also omitted the orange zest and thickened the raspberry coulis with some cornstarch.
